The first time I had this amazing soft cheesy bread was when I took my soon to be husband to Texas de Brazil. No, that’s not right. The very first time I ever had this bread was when my Aunt from Brazil made it for me! Then, I had it again years later when I went on a date with my future husband. We loved the bread and that restaurant, so imagine my surprise after I went gluten-free and learned this yummy bread is actually gluten-free and still something I can eat! Our local stores have been carrying it in the freezer section now for a few years, so we are blessed that we basically get to eat it whenever we want.
